On 14 September 1972, Daryl Morey was born in his hometown, Baraboo, Wisconsin, US. He is of White race and possesses the American nationality. In terms of his schooling, he graduated from Highland High School in Medina, Ohio, before earning a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a focus on statistics from Northwestern University in 1996 and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 1997.
Morey began his career at The Parthenon Gathering, a major procedure counselling organization, as a top expert with a focus on athletics. He also worked at Details, Inc as a quantifiable expert with a focus on sports. Following the Parthenon Gathering, Morey worked with the Boston Celtics for three years as SVP Activities.
